We partnered with Five One Group to deliver a complete transformation. Beginning with the demolition of two old, run-down houses, we took the project from bare ground all the way to the final touches. The finished complex is a four-story structure with 23 modern apartments, from one to three bedrooms. There’s a large underground car park, and inside, we fitted downlights and LED strips under the kitchen cabinetry, ensuring a sleek, modern finish.
